Citroen is pinning its relaunch’s hopes on the critical C3 Aircross small SUV that will hope to bring some French flair to the fastest-growing segment in Australia with its funky design and wide range of customisation options.

The fourth-generation Mazda3 small hatch is set to enter showrooms with a sporty new look and more premium appointments, although the upgrades will come at a cost with its entry-level price rising considerably.

As has become a yearly tradition, Isuzu will again tweak its D-Max ute, although the exact changes in store for it are yet to be detailed. Given a new-generation model is on the horizon, upgrades are likely to be minor.

While Isuzu will give the MU-X large SUV its annual model-year update, it is not yet known what improvements will be made to it. Extra equipment is a certainty, but mechanics are likely to be untouched until its next generation.
