New, much improved steering column stalks operate indicators, high and low beam, wipers and the standard cruise control. SS's pull-up handbrake lever (also leather-covered) is located between the centre console and the driver's seat. Electric windows are operated from a panel on the centre console and the rear view mirrors from the familiar GM pad (also seen on Saabs) on the driver's door.
