Super TestCar reviews - Ford - Laser - SR2 5-dr hatchFord modelsResearch Ford Dash20 Jul 2001 By BRUCE NEWTON THE major point of difference between the SR2 and all other Laser models is the use of charcoal-grey plastic, cloth and carpet throughout the cabin and the all-too-typical inclusion of white-faced instrument dials which, we might add, are also found on the Mazda equivalent. SR2 shares the brushed silver dash fascia treatment with the SR and GLXi models, and benefits from the slightly improved layout of climate controls now common to the entire range.
