The callipers each have a cylinder diameter of 60mm. At the rear, the wheels make do with leading/trailing drum brakes. The drum diameter is 229mm and the lining width 42mm. An 8-inch + 8-inch tandem vacuum booster is employed. A five-sensor, four-channel, four-wheel anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake-force distribution (EBD) is also standard on XLT.
