Mercedes farewells finance chief

THE managing director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Australia and New Zealand, Juergen Rochert, has announced he is leaving his position to take up a new role with the brand in the United States.

Mr Rochert, who in October this year celebrated 40 years with Daimler, has been in his current position since 2015.

In that year he swapped positions with Steven Goodale, with Mr Rochert moving from his title in North America as vice president of Daimler Truck Financial to Australia and Mr Goodale leaving as Australia’s managing director and CEO of the brand’s financial arm to move to the vice president role in the US.
