Peter Warren Group to farewell CFO Bernie Friend in December after 40-year tenure11 Jul 2022 By NEIL DOWLING PETER Warren Automotive Holdings has announced the retirement of its chief financial officer Bernard Friend, after 40 years with the group.
Mr Friend, who will retire from the company in December, is to be succeeded by Victor Cuthell, who joins on November 21.
Peter Warren CEO Mark Weaver said: “On behalf of the board of directors and the whole Peter Warren team, I would like to thank Bernie for his many years of dedication and exemplary service.”
