A massive turnout, the Swiss show showed us Audi’s Q5, A3 Cabriolet and A5 Cabriolet, the Citroen C5, Dacia Sandero, Fiat Qubo, Ford Fiesta, Ford Kuga, Honda’s second-generation Accord Euro and Jazz, Infiniti FX, Volvo XC60, Volkswagen Scirocco, and the Toyota IQ. Sadly the latter is still denied to Australians, while the beautiful Alfa Romeo 8C Spider is a left-hand drive only vehicle. Boo! Heralding an array of facelift activity were the Chevrolet Aveo/Holden TK Barina Series II, Jaguar XK, and Mercedes’ CLC, CLS, SLK and SL models.
Concepts were thin on the ground though – basically the Opel Meriva Concept was the only relevant one.
