Future models - Ford - FocusFocus X-Road not for OzCrossover version of Ford Focus small car, the X-Road, will not be sold here3 Aug 2009 A CROSSOVER Ford Focus wagon, the X-Road, has gone on sale in the Netherlands, but don’t expect it in Australian showrooms. Ford has ruled out any chance of the Focus X-Road being sold in Australia, because it is a special-edition model for the Dutch market only, limited to just 300 examples. First displayed at the AutoRAI motor show in Amsterdam in April, the X-Road is a cosmetic upgrade of the Focus Wagon Titanium that is not available here either. It retains a 1.8-litre four-cylinder petrol engine driving its front wheels, but adds chunkier front and rear bumpers with matt-black lower sections that extend to the doors.
