Designer Richard Woolley says Rover's then-owner BMW insisted the 75 be given very British styling cues, and the results are obvious. An abundance of chrome gives the 75, whose exterior design contains hints of both BMW and Jaguar, an undoubted appearance of luxury. Distinctive front and rear lighting makes the 75 stand out on the road, while the sleek profile delivers an aerodynamic drag co-efficient of 0.29 to 0.30Cd, depending on the model.
