Equipment additions and interior tweaks have also helped bring it closer to current standards in the face of ever-strengthening competition from the likes of Hyundai and Kia. On the downside are the same old thirsty 3.7-litre petrol engine, an interior design that cannot hide its age and handling that was comparatively sharp in 2007 but not as impressive as newer rivals.
