VU II Commodore Utility

Same as the VX II range, with minor grille and small trim alterations inside and out.

New colours and a redesigned steering column stalk appear. Recalibrated steering and suspension improve handling and comfort slightly.

Engine options: 225kW/460Nm 5.7L V8 - SSpecial editions:· Oct 01 – SS Fifty: All SS trappings plus tonneau cover, 17-inch alloys, alloy roll bar, black-only paint, decals.

· May 02 – Storm: ABS, dual airbags, air-con, keyless entry, CD player, alloy wheels, sports suspension, body kit, power windows, decals.

· May 02 – Storm HBD (Holden By Design): as above but with larger alloys and a chrome “sports bar”.
