KE II Laser Wagon

Mazda has a history of continuing wagon versions of superseded models, and so it was with the Japanese-built CT18 KE Laser wagon.

Dating back from the KC/GC Meteor of 1985, the KE II employed the base KF series’ 64kW 1.6, and gained power steering as standard from October ‘92.

Adding to the confusion, “KH” and “KH II” codenames also identify the KE II wagon from October 1991.
