A stabiliser bar is also included at each end. The L-shaped transverse link and coil springs at the front are offset to reduce vibration and improve ride comfort. The rear suspension is in a dual-link strut configuration. The rear roll centre was lifted 33mm with the new generation car to improve stability and cornering performance.
