THE C-class Estate takes all the tasty ingredients of the C-class sedan and adds a dash of wholesome practicality - that is, it has the C200K sedan’s acceptably brisk engine, smooth transmission, responsive handling and excellent ride, with the bonus of being able to carry big boxes. While the compact interior is a snug fit for a small family, the compact Benz wagon actually makes a lot more sense for many people than many luxury compact SUVs do for taking on the urban crawl with the occasional weekend away.
