Super TestCar reviews - Dodge - Journey - 5-dr wagon rangeDodge modelsOverviewSUV, people-mover or, as Dodge calls it, crossover wagon: the Journey has arrived25 Sep 2008 FAMILIES who want or need to fill seven seats in a comfortable medium family wagon or people-mover for less than $40k are not exactly spoiled for choice. Now Dodge has entered the market with what the US company calls a crossover wagon, the Dodge Journey. The Journey stamps a slightly larger footprint on the road than Kluger or Territory and while it is these two popular SUVs that Dodge would like the Journey to be compared with, the Dodge wagon is actually classified as a people-mover in the VFACTS sales figures. While the Kluger and Territory offer all-wheel drive, Dodge makes no apologies for its lifestyle wagon being purely front-drive only in Australia, and hopes Journey’s price and features will be enough to win over a chunk of seven-seat SUV buyers.
