Yet, as with the existing 2.0 TFSI petrol and 3.0 V6 TDI diesel versions, it is the smaller-engined and less expensive of the two newcomers that impresses more, thanks to a balanced and thoughtful powertrain application. As it stands, the now-complete Q5 has the wherewithal to reign supreme in its growing segment.
