Matthieu has been writing about all things automotive for more than 20 years but his interest started long before then as a teenager, rebuilding motorcycles and the lawnmower under the family home.
In between these times he completed an auto mechanics trade before switching from spanners to a typewriter.
Writing about cars, trucks and bikes, Matthieu has served time the editor on numerous national magazines including a 10-year stint at the helm of Overlander 4WD.
He still enjoys heading bush in a 4x4 or taking to the hills on a motorcycle and working freelance for a range of titles including GoAuto allows him to pursue these passions.
Currently contributing to 4x4 Australia, Two Wheels, Rapid Bikes, Street Machine, Truckin’ Life, RMW Outback as well as Go Auto.
